New structure model of governance and management at UTFSM [P4.S1.P5]
AIM: Define an appropriate organizational structure, regulatory mechanisms and incentives for enhancing the development of the third mission and ensure the sustainability of the various initiatives to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship.
OBJECTIVES:
- Design a management model to articulate, promote greater interdisciplinarity and facilitate alignment between different internal actors engaged in activities related to R+D+i
- Implement an organizational structure that will strengthen the R+D+i
- Generate guidelines for long-term development of the R+D+i at UTFSM
- Establish guidelines to sustainability at the time of the Technology Innovation Centers (TIC’s), for those who are currently in office and for future training
